Please take note of our refund policy outlined below:
  • Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: All items purchased are considered final sale. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This policy includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. However, we are committed to rectifying any mistakes made on our part.
  • Defective or Wrong Products: If you have received a defective or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the mix-up. Our priority is to ensure you receive the correct item promptly. To report the issue, please send an email to MYBLACKOUTDOORSMAN@GMAIL.COM. In your email, include your order number, name, and the email used for the order. Clearly describe the concern, including the original product ordered and the actual product received, specifying the style/design, color, and size. It would be helpful if you could attach pictures of the product(s) showing the defect, size discrepancy, or wrong item.
  • In the case of wrong orders, we will promptly correct the error.
  • Forgotten Discount Codes: Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices once an order has been confirmed. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that all information, including discount codes, is accurate before submitting your order. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order, including Free Shipping discount codes.
