When will my order be shipped?

Orders may take 7-10 business days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship, you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost and given an opportunity to return this order all together if the delay was causes by blackoutdoorsman.com. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

My order says delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

The delivery of the package is handled by the shipping carrier, such as USPS. If you are unable to locate a package marked as "in-transit" or "delivered," we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance.

Shipping Address Issues

BlackOutdoorsmen.com will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies, including lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, we are unable to make any changes.

Delivery Failed

If your order is returned to our facility by the shipping carrier due to address discrepancies, you will be refunded in full.

If your delivery fails and contains a sold-out item, we will invoice the shipping fee to reship your order to the updated address if requested. Alternatively, you can receive a refund for the cost of merchandise.

Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has started, and your tracking number will update as soon as the shipping carrier scans your order. It is not uncommon for an order to remain in "pre-shipment" for multiple days. Oversold Items

While uncommon, if an item has been oversold and we are unable to ship it with your order, you will be refunded for the missing item, and the rest of your order will be shipped. If your entire order consists of the oversold item, you will also be refunded the shipping cost.
